HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return, check our https://www.glamhues.com/pages/refund-policy and fill out your order information in our self-service return portal. From here you can print a pre-paid shipping label and returns form. Please note that our return system is automated and will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.
